This is a statement piece.

I hand forged a solid brass stick and the ornate it with my artisan, handmade paddles. Fringes are made meticulously one by one with my hands and two types of hammers. Not the commercial ones made by machine.
It consists in cutting the wire, shaping, hammering, hammering and hammering again with a second different hammer, oxidizing, applying the patina and polishing it. And some time in the tumbler for little shine finish.
The fringed focal is connected to the antique brass chain by some wrapped solid brass bead and closes with a clasp and made handmade findings.

A time consuming work that worths for the beauty of this piece.
