Arches in brass with rutilated quartz stones /n156

Golden Rutilated Quartz Arches earrings from my brass collection.

This statement beauty has been meticulously built with thick 16 gauge wire (arches) and 18 gauge wire (jump rings), both shaped/hammered/polished by hands, and ornate with faceted Rutilated Quartz stones. The arches are connected by my jump rings and hold these droplets inside. Finished with 14k. gold filled ear wires.

They measure 4 inches long.
Stones, 7 and 8 mm long.
All metal is solid brass.
The ear wires is 14k. gold filled.

The metal on this piece was not oxidized with sulphur for an old look like I do with all my jewelry. I kept the brass the way it is originally.

All metals get some patina over time. Use fine steel wool (n0000 or n000) to clean up tarnish from brass and copper or enjoy the brass patina, which for me is beautiful. To protect the jewelry from humidity and tarnish, just keep the piece inside the jewelry box or bag.
